If you need 24/7/365 support we can provide it. We also have support contracts which allow you to call our support team during normal office hours as many times as you like. Some businesses prefer to pay each time they call.

This means we have a service level to suite your budget and support needs.

The IT Authority support experience is one where your call is answered by a person not machine. When you call there are no menu systems to navigate. Furthermore our people are highly qualified and more than capable of diagnosing and resolving your IT issue.

We don't give incident numbers we just give our names so if you need to call back you can ask for the engineer that has been dealing with your problem without having to explain your issue all over again.

Our normal hours of operation are Monday to Friday 9 AM to 6 PM excluding public holidays. There is emergency support available outside these hours to contracted customers.

If you have a support contract with us, we will assign you a small team of three dedicated engineers. The same engineers will be available to you every time you call. This enables our engineers to get to know you, your business and your businesses IT systems which will facilitate fast and efficient fixes. It also means that you and your staff will get to know them too.
