The cost of employing a full-time member of staff just to keep your network running is simply beyond the budget of most small/medium sized businesses.

Most people find a compromise by assigning this task to the most PC-literate person in the company. We have found this usually means that person is placed in the awkward position of trying to keep up with the workload whilst constantly sorting staff’s PC problems.

These un-sung heroes are often a little out of their depth with nowhere to go for help. With computer networks when it goes wrong it usually goes very wrong.

SOLUTION

Imagine having a fully qualified Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer administrating your network and keeping on top of the problems - on the end of the phone for all your staff to call when they need help, instead of bothering others.

Your system administrator will:

  • Check that backups have been done daily;
  • Check that your Anti-Virus software is up to date;
  • Check your Server’s system logs to prevent any looming problems BEFORE they cause disruption to the workforce;
  • Check Security logs and ensure you have the best possible network security policies in place;
  • Answer your staff’s questions either via email or telephone;
  • Unlock staff’s accounts or redirect email when members of your team are on leave.

Once you take out our Remote Administrator Package you will be assigned two Network Administrators. These two engineers will become known to you and your staff and essentially become part of your team.
